PROMET CZECH for the first time at the Aluminium fair
Aluminium piano. A symbol that advanced alloys and low-carbon products can sustainably address tomorrow's challenges. It caught our attention at the Düsseldorf trade fair dedicated to the aluminium industry. PROMET CZECH also sees aluminium as the material of the future.
We, too, have seen the demand for aluminium being driven by the drive for sustainability in almost all industries worldwide. And this was also the reason why we visited Düsseldorf in the second week of September.
"PROMET CZECH focuses primarily on the sale of scrap metal and iron. The alloy and aluminium business accounts for only 5 percent of our portfolio. We want to change that. I was looking for potential suppliers and customers here," says our salesman Milan Blažek about his visit to the fair.
"There were over eight hundred exhibitors at the fairgrounds. And most of the suppliers were definitely from Turkey and the Arab world, where they have cheap energy. But there were also representatives from the Czech Republic, such as MTX Group or METAL TRADE COMAX, a.s., with whom we are already doing business."
The Aluminium trade fair focuses on aluminium solutions for the automotive, engineering, construction, aerospace, electronics, packaging and transport industries. It exhibits raw material suppliers, manufacturers, processors as well as recycling experts. This year, 20,904 visitors from 99 countries attended.
